Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Receive, scan, and put away incoming inventory with zero-error accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized staging areas for outgoing shipments
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
