Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems
- Perform accurate receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment tasks
- Maintain precise inventory records through WMS technology
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
