Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming materials using WMS systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized inventory storage with proper labeling and rotation
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in quarterly physical inventories
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with barcode scanners and warehouse management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping abilities
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
