Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas using WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
