Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage zones using WMS systems
- Pack and prepare outgoing orders with precision and efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Preferable: Experience with WMS systems like Oracle or SAP
