Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move materials
- Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against purchase orders and manifests
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Package and label materials according to industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification required (OSHA certified preferred)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
