Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) with precision
- Support cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory tracking systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
