Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Operate warehouse management systems to track material movements
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage space
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible schedule including occasional overtime
