Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and manage inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipping/receiving following quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Ensure workplace compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organization
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
