Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound logistics using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for just-in-time delivery schedules
- Implement lean principles to reduce material handling waste by 15%
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per 5S standards
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/material handling experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck operation expertise
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
