Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and move materials within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and cycle counting
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize stock in designated areas to optimize warehouse space and accessibility
- Operate material handling equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to complete
