Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment within warehouse facilities using manual and powered equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
