Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas with precise labeling systems
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with zero-error accuracy
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
