Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Organize and maintain inventory accuracy in our state-of-the-art facility
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document material movements and inventory updates in our WMS system
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of material handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Madison facility
