Responsibilities
- Handle, move, and store inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently with proper certification
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including proper packaging and labeling
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
