Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, conveyors) with precision
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Contribute to 5S initiatives for organized and safe workspace
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
