Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with zero-error precision
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through efficient slotting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including some overtime
- Background check and drug test required
