Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from shipping and delivery vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Prepare products for shipment, including proper labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist in the receiving process by inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery (certification required or willing to train).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory for all employees.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
