Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and stage incoming materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain daily logs
- Conduct cycle counts and update inventory systems in real-time
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
