Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts, documentation, and accurate record-keeping systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate material flow and meet production deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to support efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
