Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Inspect and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
