As a Material Handler, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance and optimal workflow.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipment contents against packing slips.
- Assist in the organization of storage racks and labeling systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and labeling.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but we offer training for qualified candidates.
