Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and shipping containers in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (5S standards).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoor docks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
