Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient storage areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Pack and prepare shipments according to quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
