Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Organize stockpiles and maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
- Process shipping and receiving documents, including packing slips and bills of lading.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license (depending on specific role requirements).
