Responsibilities
- Operate provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (provided if not currently certified)
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
