Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment following all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment for proper functionality
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and security procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification training
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to Plano Logistics Park location
