Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment following strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient storage areas to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop advanced material handling skills
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
