Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately using digital packing guides and inventory management systems
- Verify product quantities and condition before packaging to maintain quality standards
- Operate remote inventory tracking software to update stock levels in real-time
- Coordinate with local couriers for pickup scheduling and shipment tracking
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to the warehouse supervisor
- Maintain organized digital records of all processed orders and packing activities
- Participate in virtual training sessions on new packing procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency with digital tools (inventory software, email, video conferencing)
