Responsibilities
- Handle and transport raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our warehouse management system
- Operate packaging machinery and prepare products for shipment according to specifications
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet production goals
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
