Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in temperature-controlled environments
- Accurately track and manage inventory using WMS systems
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international distribution
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
