Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment for safe operation
- Verify inventory counts and document material movements in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery with proper labeling and documentation
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
