Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and equipment
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
