Responsibilities
- Safely load/unfreeze products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor systems and scanners
- Support inventory rotation and FIFO compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Alaska driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pre-employment background check required
