Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily delivery targets
- Track inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Boston facility
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
