Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
