Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move pallets and materials efficiently
- Load/unload trailers and containers with precision using dock equipment
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production goals
- Assist in warehouse organization and inventory cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha 1910.178 compliant)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
