Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in warehouse settings
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
