Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload trucks and move materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly quotas
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
