Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) for material movement and loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Operate in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Complete daily shift logs and maintenance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year forklift operation experience with valid certification
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
