Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training included)
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Availability to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
