Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods throughout the warehouse
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation
- Inspect equipment daily for safety compliance and report malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization
- Complete shift reports and maintain digital records
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
