Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas with precision
- Assist in training new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Basic math and inventory record-keeping abilities
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
