Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize pallets in designated storage zones
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
