Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize inventory placement
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors to meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
