Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and dock operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience with valid certification
- OSHA forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for night shift schedule
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
