Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform nightly inventory counts and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect equipment before shifts and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete accurate documentation of material movements and inventory changes
- Support loading/unloading operations with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
