What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory within our state-of-the-art facility. You will play a vital role in our supply chain, working alongside a dedicated team to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on all forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organize and stack pallets efficiently to maximize warehouse space.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of shipments and orders.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation.
- Basic computer skills for logging data and operating scanners.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
