Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Document daily operations and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
