Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization during shift changeovers
- Complete required paperwork for material transfers and quality checks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (Monday-Sunday nights)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
